Ann Wagner, U.S. Congresswoman representing Missouri’s 2nd district since 2013, used her social media platform on September 1, 2025, to highlight local trails, honor Labor Day, and discuss ongoing legislative efforts with fellow representative Nick Schroer.
In a morning post, Wagner encouraged constituents to enjoy outdoor spaces in her district. "With fall on its way, I wanted to highlight the wonderful trails we have here in #MO02. If you get out and enjoy the beautiful mornings and afternoon, I would suggest visiting one of my favorites near the Missouri River. Later that day, she marked the national holiday by acknowledging workers in her community. "Today is Labor Day, and we take time to honor our friends and neighbors who epitomize hard work, leadership, and generosity." (September 1, 2025).
In an evening update reflecting on recent meetings with state lawmakers, Wagner wrote: "I had a great meeting with Nick Schroer last week to discuss all the great things happening in Washington, DC, and Jefferson City on behalf of Missourians. We are both honored to represent our communities as we work to reduce crime and lower your taxes." (September 1, 2025).
Wagner has represented Missouri’s 2nd congressional district since replacing Todd Akin in 2013. She was born in St Louis in 1962 and currently resides in Ballwin. Wagner holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri.
