Ann Wagner, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Missouri’s 2nd district since 2013, recently addressed several issues on her Twitter account, including law enforcement efforts in Missouri, the anniversary of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, and a tragedy in Minneapolis.

On August 25, 2025, Wagner posted about recent developments in Missouri: "Incredible news out of the Eastern District of Missouri. These cocaine traffickers were responsible for the fatal shooting in November that took the life of CBC hockey player Colin Brown, and it's thanks to our local law enforcement and the Department of Justice these criminals https://t.co/jlPldKu8u0".

The following day, on August 26, Wagner marked the four-year anniversary of the bombing at Abbey Gate during the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan: "It has been four years since Joe Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan led to the deadly bombing at Abbey Gate and the tragic deaths of 13 heroic U.S. servicemembers, including Missouri’s own Lance Corporal Jared Schmitz. Jared’s legacy will live on, and his sacrifice".

On August 27, Wagner commented on an incident in Minneapolis: "The murder of innocent children in Minneapolis during an all-school mass is an outrage beyond comprehension. Please join me in praying for the victims, the families, and all those impacted by this unthinkable tragedy."

Wagner was born in St Louis in 1962 and currently lives in Ballwin. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1984.
