Ann Wagner, a U.S. Congresswoman representing Missouri’s 2nd district since 2013, recently used her social media platform to highlight congressional actions on intelligence gathering, criticize local postal service management, and commend community efforts supporting domestic abuse survivors.
On August 11, 2025, Wagner posted about Congress’s recognition of open-source intelligence (OSINT), stating: "Congress recognizes the integral role OSINT plays in an information age where data means everything. Two days later, on August 13, 2025, she criticized the United States Postal Service in St. Louis for alleged mismanagement and called for immediate firings. Later that same day, Wagner highlighted her visit to ALIVE, a non-profit organization aiding those impacted by domestic abuse. She stated: "It was great to visit ALIVE, a non-profit that provides services to support those impacted by domestic abuse, and meet their leadership and hear all about the important work they do for domestic violence survivors. Helping organizations like ALIVE continue to provide these".
Wagner has served as Missouri’s representative in Congress since succeeding Todd Akin in 2013 and is known for her engagement with both national security issues and local concerns in her district. Born in St. Louis in 1962 and currently residing in Ballwin, Wagner holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri.
