U.S. Representative Ann Wagner, who serves Missouri’s 2nd district in Congress, has recently used her social media platform to highlight legislative developments and events involving national policy and local judiciary appointments.

On July 22, 2025, Wagner announced progress on a legislative initiative aimed at supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses. She posted: "RELEASE: Financial Services Committee Advances Wagner Legislation to Support Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses

Small businesses and entrepreneurs drive innovation in communities throughout Missouri and our nation, but too often they have trouble".

The following day, July 23, Wagner shared her experience at the White House with President Trump and congressional colleagues. In her words: "It was great to be at the White House with President Trump and my colleagues celebrating the One, Big, Beautiful Bill!

I was proud to vote for such transformative legislation that prevents the largest tax hike in American history, secures our border, strengthens Medicaid,".

Later on July 23, she congratulated Zachary Bluestone on his confirmation as U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri. Wagner wrote: "Congratulations to Zachary Bluestone on his confirmation to be U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri!  He is an incredible choice by President Trump, and I am confident he will faithfully uphold the law and honorably serve the people of our great state."

Wagner has represented Missouri’s 2nd Congressional District since 2013 after succeeding Todd Akin. Born in St Louis in 1962 and currently residing in Ballwin, she graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1984.
