On June 16, 2025, Wagner reported her participation in a classified briefing at the NGA facility in St. Louis. The briefing was part of her responsibilities with the House Intelligence Committee. She discussed Israel's preemptive strikes against military and nuclear targets in Iran and the subsequent Iranian counterattack. She stated she would remain engaged in these matters by saying "I will be in constant".
Two days later, on June 18, Wagner publicly expressed support for President Trump's efforts to prevent Iran from developing nuclear capabilities. She announced this stance through a release that encourages people to read her joint letter with other members of Congress to President Donald J. Ann Wagner was born in St Louis, Missouri in 1962 and currently resides in Ballwin. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1984.
