On Friday, March 7, former Eureka High School standout Cole Koonce’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Friday, March 7, former Eureka High School standout Cole Koonce’s current college team, the Southern Illinois Salukis, won 17-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Bellarmine Knights.

The game took place at Itchy Jones Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Knights this season.

The Salukis’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 2 p.m. at Itchy Jones Stadium against Bellarmine Knights.
