On Friday, Feb. 28, former Eureka Senior High School standout Mia Mazzola’s college team lost in an NCAA Division I softball game

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Eureka Senior High School standout Mia Mazzola’s current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Saint Francis Red Flash.

The game took place at Felsberg Field at the FIU Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Red Flash this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 3 p.m. at Lou Brock Sports Complex against Lindenwood Lions.
