The City of Sullivan is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of primary underground conductor for the Electric Department.
Bids must be submitted on the required bid sheet and mailed to City Hall, 210 W. Washington, Sullivan MO 63080, and clearly marked “UNDERGROUND WIRE BID”. Bid sheets and specifications may be obtained at City Hall or by calling 573-468-4612.
Bids will be accepted until Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Any deviation from the specifications should be clearly noted. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities received.
By virtue of statutory authority, a preference will be given to materials, products, supplies, provisions and all other articles produced, manufactured, made or grown within the state of Missouri.
Cable is to be delivered F.O.B. to the City of Sullivan.
