Rick's Ace Hardware to give away American flags

Rick's Ace Hardware will give away free American flags on Saturday, May 28 to honor the Memorial Day holiday.

Missouri lost 737 soldiers in the Korean war and 945 in the Vietnam conflict.

Consumers visiting the store at 15870 Clayton Rd, Ellisville will receive a free 8’ by 12’ American flag. A second will be donated to the local VFW Ballwin Memorial Post to be used for marking veterans’ graves on Memorial Day.

This year, Ace Hardware Corporation aims to again give away more than one million American flags nationally. Last year, it gave away more than 500,000 to Ace customers and more than 550,000 to more than 1,900 VFW Posts.

Flags will be available at Rick's Ace Hardware while quantities last. Each consumer is limited to one free flag; no purchase is necessary.

Rick's Ace Hardware is located at 15870 Clayton Rd, Ellisville, Missouri. This location is owned by Richard F Baalmann, Jr, represented by Ryan Neff and managed by John Youngblood.
