On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Parkway Central High School standout Sean Kang’s current college team, the SIUE Cougars, won 9-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Kent State Golden Flashes.

The game took place at Eddie Stanky Field. This was their first matchup against the Golden Flashes this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 3 p.m. at Roy E. Lee Field at Simmons Baseball Complex against Illinois State Redbirds.
