On Friday, Feb. 14, former Christian Brothers College High School standout Alex Esker’s current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, lost 16-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Murray State Racers.

The game took place at Capaha Field. This was their second matchup against the Racers this season.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. at Presley Askew Field against New Mexico State Aggies.
